1. Normally will take how many days for customize?

12-20days, urgent order excluded. Urgent order will take only 3-7days with extra charge.

2. Do you accept bulk order/ on site event/ corporate gifts/ wedding gifts?

3. Can I modify the illustration before process?

We will send you the illustration after our designer finished drawing the portrait. Every illustration only can be modify 1 time & minor adjustment before producing.

4. What if I only have separate photos, can you draw it become one photo?

Yes. Depend on the difficulty of the photo, additional fees (from RM8+) will be needed.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We prefer online bank transfer & E-Wallet & Atome (0% Interest 3 months installment) & DUIT NOW QR & Shopee Pay & Spay Later & etc

For those who need different payment methods such as Transferwise & Alipay支付宝 & 台湾银行转账 & Singapore Bank Transfer, please contact us for more information.
